Imagine if this idiot had that same situation happen to them while they were illgally driving off road.... just fiery death of like 25 cyclists and them and their side chick in that car all because theybwanted to be an asshole....

Yeah, accidents famously never happen! Why do we even waste money on guardrails and safety infrastructure? It's never been needed because every driver always has perfect control of their vehicle.
The driver is clearly paying attention and not bothering anyone. There are infinitely more common and dangerous behaviors, such as street parking near traffic lights I will condemn before I complain about someone taking a detour to get around an obstruction.
99.99% of drivers can't be trusted to drive on grass at speed. I don't care how much attention they're paying. It's very easy to lose traction and control on a surface like grass. Frequently drivers lose control on pavement! You can be doing everything well and still end up sliding out. Unless this is a rally driver or something then no, this is not good.
Again, accidents are not on purpose. They just happen. We should be doing everything we can to keep drivers in conditions where accidents are less likely. Driving at speed on grass next to a large group of bikers that don't have the protection of a vehicle is not that. If you can't understand that then you're a lost cause and you probably shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Hot take: Accidents don't just happen. They can be due to lack of skill, judgement, maintaince, road conditions/design, and calling car crashes accidents as if they're beyond people's control only serves to help the responsible parties dodge consequences of their actions.
Yes, many times they are under people's control. It's still accidental. Things like driving annoyed, at speed, on grass, next to a bunch of bikers, are things that are under a driver's control to avoid doing to prevent causing an accident.
