I just don't see why they had to make X Men woke? Why does everything have to be about a persecuted minority group finding its standing in a society that fears it?

It's really annoying because you know none of this is grounded in reality. They think The Wolverine game isn't any good because they hire someone with a six figure salary to count genders.
