Bullshit. They deliberately committed a war crime because they thought they'd demoralize their enemy.
They deliberately fired the "let's try not to commit war crimes" intelligence division because minimizing collateral damage is woke.
It is entirely possible that they are just that stupid.
That being said, stupidity is not a defense.
They're not stupid, half of them graduated from harvard -- they're just evil and act stupid when it suits them.
if they are that stupid then they should not be in the position fired necessary all of the ones using the ai and the ai contractors plus jail of course since being stupid is no excuse for war crimes and getting away with it.
Except people voted for them, that's why they're in the position, because the United Statesian people voted for them to be in the position.
