To be fair, the job one is justified, it's useless to make a good resume and then everyone just scan it with AI automatically and never read it
It’s more the rampant lying these days that I hate.
I have interviewed a ton of people who just straight up lie. And I put them on the spot on it.
I’ll believe it, seems like most people lie on their resumes
It’s not most, or rather it wasn’t a few years ago when I was actively hiring.
I’ll be hiring again soon, so we’ll see.
And, they all respond by using Gemini.
