This whole thing about whipping your phone out and recording a video is just a way for these cunts to act like cunts while forcing the person they are filming to be on their best behavior for the fear of losing their job. All companies and corporations should get a new policy where all disputes will be solved only when the people involved are not filming. Get a third party to witness the thing, call the cops, whatever you think is necessary, but shove that camera up your arse you old, miserable, twat.
