Sorry maybe I'm being thick but I don't understand the question in any context other than the given answer?
By which I mean the question only makes sense as a question if you already know the punchline, which means the person asking already knew, so formatting the joke as a comment calling them an idiot like that, is fundamentally compromised. It's like those Facebook boomer joke exam papers where the kid has written "hilarious" answers to questions that obviously have never appeared on any real exam.
I mean it's possible that before the meme creator put the picture of the Marlborough Reds over the screenshot of the post, it said something like "cranes", "Ford Raptors", or "iced coffee and rotisserie chicken".

It's not a joke though. There's no connection whatsoever between Marlboros and any topic even tangentially related to construction or pyramids. It's a complete non-sequitur. It only makes sense if you're about to get on as your alt to fake a witty comeback.
