It depends on the amount of both. In lower doses, it feels like being a little high and a little drunk, which can be kinda fun. In high doses, people usually say it makes the room spin and makes them feel sick. Many people with a low weed tolerance who were perfectly fine while drinking will start puking and need a nap after they hit some weed.
Just like any other substance, start small and work your way up. Be patient. It's easy to wait a little while and have a little more, but it's impossible to undo any of it. Have fun.
