I've always heard you should name a dog with words containing hard consonants, because they can differentiate them better than vowels and soft consonants. I wonder how that plays into the results of this study (and if what I've heard has a scientific basis to back it up).

That's why I named my dog Kskrrkh'T. Sometimes late at night I hear him fluent in ancient Latin.
