I second this - it's a whole world of better .. install with a few anti telemetry and anti-crap scripts.

You can get the MS ISO of the Win 10 LTSC from the official website.

LTSC has an amazing amount already removed this is my goto for the rest
Open PowerShell as Administrator. Run: iwr -useb https://christitus.com/win | iex Navigate to the Tweaks tab and apply the Essential Tweaks profile to safely disable residual telemetry and scheduled tasks.
Sycnex Windows10Debloater for any remaining tweaks.
