Glad to know it's seven conditions that Iran wants to be met. The article made the number very clear, and also that Iran is set and firm about this.
Everything else I would expect from a somewhat journalistic medium is missing. For example, what these seven conditions are, in what way they were agreed upon in June, why they are still allegedly not met.
Nothing there, just a very poor repetition of the Iranian position. Not worth the paper it was not printed on, but also not worth a repost.
Seven shall be the number of the conditions and the number of the conditions shall be seven. Eight shalt thou not consider, neither shalt thou consider six, excepting that thou then proceedeth to seven. Nine is right out.
