The company has not revealed at this point the extent of the job cuts it expects. According to a report issued by Los Angeles County in August, the merger could result in the loss of some 4,500 film and TV jobs over three years in L.A. alone.

Time to see if Paramount who agreed for the merger to close is actually going to commit $47.5 million to help fund training and career development for workers displaced by the merger, over the next five years ($9.5 million each year).

Well, they are by paying their CET (Chief Executive Trainer) $9.5m each year to have Grok create the materials.
