I like Delta Green, CoC, Trail of Cthulhu, Cthulhu Dark, Trophy Dark, Kult, etc. because I want terrible, fucked up, traumatic things to happen to my character. I want them to go insane or die, and to suffer the entire time it's happening.

Or sometimes I want to play Yazeba's Bed & Breakfast. 🤷

Characters are overpowered, too likely to fight things off and survive. Same reason Pulp Cthulhu was not on the list.
