I'm a big fan of American Dad (I think it's by far the best of the "adult" animated shows), though it's spotty the last few seasons as any show that's been on for 20 years is lol. Anyway, every so often they try something new with an episode, and the recent season finale scratched ALL the itches for me. 3 short sci-fi stories akin to the old pulp sci-fi magazine short stories. I absolutely adored it and have re-watched it around 10 times already. I really hope they do more like this.
