This changes nothing. When you have the choice to prevent 1 genocide or not prevent it at all, what would you do?
Look at the French.
Please elaborate on France. Compare their size and current political climate to the United States (the country I live it) and outline how to accomplish whatever it is you are alluding to within the confines of reality.
