Handwaving away electrolysis as being from renewable energy and the fact that 50 percent of their product is silica that could be used for "Portland cement", lol. As far as where you get the clinker for that Portland, well who knows.

I mean yeah, you can do a lot with electrolysis if you've got unlimited free energy. I don't know what sane person is doing it to recover sulfuric acid of all things from brine.
