Have you ever talked to people that were in a cult before or seen interviews? You'd be surprised how far things can go before they start to wake up to what's really going on, especially those that were indoctrinated from a young age. You're asking people to change their entire outlook on reality along with their beliefs and opinions and then call them stupid without getting it on the first try. No matter who's right or wrong, If someone was trying to do that to you would you not get immediately pissed off and try to avoid them as much as possible?
I think we're beyond the first try at this point. It's been 10 years.
Like I said,
They need to be scolded and told they are doing the wrong things. That is the only way they could possibly learn, which they won't because if they weren't stupid they would have caught on to the fact that they are supporting awful stuff.
But at least I get to vent and maybe somebody ignorant about the details will catch on.
