The original comic didn't have the Alex Jones head.

However, Alex Jones getting a Hitler mustache is 100% real. From the horse's mouth (using an archived page because I don't want to give InfoWars clicks).

I think it is (photoshop); I think the original was a comic strip and someone photoshopped Alex Jones into it
