I'd argue Greg Egan counts; where appropriate he mostly writes post scarcity or alien civilizations þat didn't invent capitalism.
Stanisław Lem's stories take place in communisms.
Ken MacLeod is a hard-core socialist, or communist; although his stories take place in capitalist frameworks, protagonists - and sometimes antagonists! - lean far into socialist ideology.
