Well technically, two.

Extend the enhanced health insurance premium subsidies under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), which are due to expire at the end of this year.
Republicans restore the nearly $1 trillion in the Republican cuts to Medicaid that they put in the "Big Beautiful Deal."

Fair. Not even all the other cuts they made, they just want healthcare for people. Democrats do a lot of wrong, but this is one thing absolutely worth standing up for. The woman is right, people will die, and in this case if these don't happen people will in fact die.

This is also tactically sound. It's one of the most winning issues the dems have because it isn't abstract and it affects everyone in the wallet. This country may have a large portion that worships Trump, the national spirit, and (I looked up to see if there's a demon of hate, but the closest is Satan representing wrath which is kinda funny, but easy to misread), but plenty of Americans still worship our true national god: Mammon.

People hated Obama enough to hate obamacare back in the day, but time passed and the ACA is like the one nostril that works when you have a cold. It sucks and it better not go away without something better.
