How are immigrants coming to NZ illegally

Pretsumanly like Australia ? Fly in on a tourist visa adtn don't leave.?

There are records of them entering so I presume it's trivial to identify them and deal with them.

But is this somehow a problem? Are they taking our jobs or violating our women or something?
