I'm not sure it's your fault, wrt your device. I and multiple neighbors, using various devices and providers are having similar experiences.

That afternoon, amid an ongoing U.S government shutdown, Giroux had called USCIS from his mobile phone and became enraged after becoming stuck in a phone tree. The call was recorded, capturing Giroux lashing out at the computerized voice on the other end, the affidavit goes on.

I know it's been confirmed in MSM multiple times, but friendly reminder these bot operators know exactly what you're saying, they are designed so potential complainers give up and accept defeat.

I'm dealing with early parkinsons and arthritis, so anytime I try to do anything on my phone I just mess it up. Being on the PC with a keyboard is far more accessible to me.
