You should read 'Ideology and State Apparatus' and understand that twitch/streamers/online is just another extension of the upper classes ideological hegemony and is an arm of the state, which is why it permits social democracy within its own spheres as the upper class have an indepth understanding of politcal theory and how to effectively utilize it to lead the masses down false paths.
