Obviously not lol. It’s criticizing the libs who are glazing Graham Platner, someone who did like 3 tours in the Middle East plus a stint with Blackwater and who literally said in old reddit comments that he joined the military to kill people.
In spite of his history (and fairly privileged background), you’ll have libs saying that actually everything he did was fine bc of the “poverty draft”. The point being made here is doing evil shit doesn’t get a pass bc it got you ahead in life (especially considering that the argument doesn’t even really apply to Platner, who clearly had bad intentions going in, didn’t need the money, and isn’t very remorseful).
Yeah, that explains things. I wasn't aware of that at all. And I'm really autistic, so when it comes to catching tones and spotting irony, especially in text, I struggle a lot. Sorry!
