I found this. Its a Raspberry Pi in a brick case with a screen and a 4G modem.
Kinda funny that for all the downsides, the one that made me say oof was resistive touch.
Resistive pretty much requires a stylus to be usable with any accuracy. It's like going back to '90s era PDAs.
