These are people that just want to kill someone, they have shown time and time again that they will kill you just for breathing, fucking wake up and stop looking for excuses, there's only one way to deal with pieces of shit like these.

Rhetorical question. I know how they argue: distract from the big thing, start bickering about little things. Get the DARVO in as soon and as loudly as possible.
No, but it makes their actions less defensible when A) there was not a threat large enough to warrant deadly force, and B) they lied to make it out that there was.
