A place for for news, discussion, memes, and links criticizing capitalism and advancing viewpoints that challenge liberal capitalist ideology. That means any support for any liberal capitalist political party (like the Democrats) is strictly prohibited.

5 No bigotry, no racism, sexism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any type of prejudice.

6 Be civil in comments and no accusations of being a bot, 'paid by Putin,' Tankie, etc. This includes instance shaming.

I definitely see the value of health inspections and thus the need for food vendors to be licensed and inspected. I've seen enough issues in other countries with street food. But even then, maybe just have them post a notice that you are risking your own health or whatever.

But any other vendors, unless they are damaging things or not cleaning up or blocking traffic or aggressively hassling people or some other major nuisance that would mean they should contribute to tax money to repair their impacts, what does it matter?
