What's up with the hand holding the kettle?
It’s definitely done with a drawing app, probably on a tablet, but the things like the steam above the kettle and the coloring brushes, are standard brushes in many painting apps.
I suspect that was the only cute way to show a semi realistic way a small animal might hold a handle.
You and I make s'mores very differently.
