Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

Love his brother's work. I didn't know they are related.
Somehow I'd never run across the phrase "rough sleeping" as a term for homelessness before.
They are technically slightly different terms. Someone can be homeless by choice. They could also be homeless, but have somewhere to stay (e.g. a shelter). Rough sleeping refers to people who have to sleep outside, without it being a choice on their part.
The term has had a lot of creep. It's akin to how the word retarded changed from a medical description to an insult.
Its really such a poor choice of words. Why try to invent new words for the exact same thing? The only thing that comes to mind in this case is strategic manipulation.
It's a subcategory of homelessness, because homelessness takes many forms not all of which involve sleeping on the street.
So, what, 6 months for the UK to get bored with him and he’s out?
He has to fix a number of things that are impossible or contradictory and indeed after 6 months they'll realize he too can't do it, or make some unpleasant compromises that make people hate him.

DSA wants the house to turn into parliament which elects a president just like parliamentary systems btw. If you want this, so does the DSA. I think a parliamentary system is much better than what we have in the US. Maybe a few states could do it first in the US.
