World governments will be delighted to find that they've driven their populations off of the internet. As much as they'll hate being engaged in 24/7 automated cyber warfare to stop their power plants exploding.

I'm pretty close to having a userid whitelist on my server. I have public facing but nothing that really needs public facing. I could easily just make it a user token based system then revoke any credentials that abuse the services
