Does OP mean Margherita? That's just the most common pizza and of course people order it, there's no question to it. In France we also get to order 4-cheese pizzas, which also seem to be a classic Italian topping (4 formaggi). With the regina (mushroom and ham), that's what most people get. The first two are cheese only pizzas, the third is still a cheese pizza

What is cheese pizza? As opposed to... pizza with no cheese? Don't pizzas usually have cheese?
