As others have pointed out the logs will be your best friend here.
I would need logs to attempt to troubleshoot that. Might have to look at a Zima OS community to learn the troubleshooting steps. Otherwise, try reading the latest files in /var/log.

Are you using docker? If so, check logs. If not, you should check if you have logs or if you can enable them.
I have had issues with Immich updates breaking my setup at least 3 times over the course of ~2 years hosting it, sometimes it's fixable but other times it's been easier to rebuild from scratch and restore the last backup
