Yeah. I like their services to be honest, but I have issues doing business with companies that make an effort to not be transparent. I am already looking at possible replacements for all their services for when the 2 years subscription ends. Too bad.
There's also "service disruption" right beneath it in your screenshot, and as of this moment, Scheduled Maintenance is done but the disruption remains.

But they only put up the scheduled maintenance notice after they started having issues. Which just seemed weird to me, just own the issue.

They mentioned "scheduled" and "emergency" in the same sentence. Their doublespeak game is strong.
Maybe that's why they're doing a 40% off special today
"We're sorry we're unreliable. Please rely on us!" Obviously no correlation between a paid subscription and a better service.
