They fit well, not stick buds like airpods.
Audio quality is high, not a lot of features but the android app lets you use an equalizer.
No noise canceling, instead they have a feature that lets you kind of use it like hearing aids while still hearing your music (be aware mode).
Never had pairing issues.
I have these, and they are both excellent and cheap.
Last couple of earbuds I got that are cheap, comfortable, worked well were TOZO. Found them.on Amazon. They have ANC but no over the ear hook. About $30.
I've been very happy with my JBL 130. Nothing fancy, but good sound, excellent noise canceling for the price. For me few earbuds are comfortable but these fit well for me.
KZ AN-01 earhooks paired with pretty much any KZ IEMs of your choice (buy from AliExpress). It fits your budget nicely and you still get outstanding audio quality whether you need it or not.
I like a lot of bass, so I use mine with a pair of KZ Decet with Tangzu Sancai wide bore eartips. The KZ Duonic is also a great choice.
I've had good experience with JBLs, using a Live Beam 3 rn. Cheaper ones might be around your price range.
For ANC I recommend Bose but new ones are out of your budget. Maybe some second hand QC2 and new tips? I don't know how bad battery time degrades though. My QC2 I've got since launch are still great but I don't use them full days daily.
Next week is my last week working at Bose, funny to read this. Also, I'm one of the few remaining battery guys. Ear bud battery degradation can happen from charge cycles or time spent at full SoC. For cycles, theyre designed to easily handle hundreds of charge cycles before their capacity degrades below 80% which is the industry standard for 'end of life'. But 80% is hardly end of life. Lithium cells don't like being left at 100% SoC, the high voltage stress damages the chemistry. All that being said, after years of power use you can easily expect at least 80% playtime you had on day one.
I liked my sennheiser momentum 3s, the AirPods are also pretty good, but Apple stuff doesn’t fit my ears well for whatever reason.

I've tried various Bluetooth earbuds and nothing else is as hassle free unless something changed in last couple of years
My sound isolation mic failed though after around 5 years and I've went back to wired earphones lol. Tired of charging them and dropping them
For headphones and earbuds i always select a Bose product. The quality of fit and sound is simply amazing. The price and the negative comments (that you get, eg on social media) are the only disadvantages.
