NORTON, Kan. (KWCH/Gray News) - A northwest Kansas school district’s unsettled lunch debt was substantially paid down, thanks to an effort from a group of inmates at the Norton Correctional Facility.

This is happening because billionaires won't pay their fair share. We should be taxing wealth progressively, not income.
