I heard the poles and housing are made of super copper a new material that can imitate steal or plastic and worth 10x normal copper in scrap

The real money is in the electric components which fetch a nice price on the black market or can easily be converted to cash at any pawn shop. Just a few inexpensive tools and you don't have to worry about rent and you can save for a good lawyer.

I am not saying to do anything. Vandalism is very illegal! But it theoretically has a huge payout, which is why police have to be so horny to catch camera harvesters.
