Probably. I mean seeing 40K and feeling inspired is where StarCraft comes from.
If they can match the fun I have in Helldivers I might buy my first Blizzard game in decades.
I'm sure there will be a campaign with loads of expensive cinematics and linear set pieces. Unknown if it will be good, but I'm sure it will be there. I assume there will be a multiplayer component as well, though I wonder if theyll have the restraint to leave it free from seasonal content.
So we are getting a Blizzard quality movie for a game that's gonna come out when...?!
In case you aren't being sarcastic; 2030 is the release date they gave during blizzcon.
My point is we are getting an announcement movie for something that won't be here for bloody years. Seems insane to me.
NGL, seeing the ship doors open to the overlords got me goosebumps. I haven't played StarCraft since Brood War. I never really liked the look of SC2 so wasn't really interested. I haven't had a gaming PC for almost 2 decades now so I don't even know if I'll be able to play this when it comes out, but if it's good enough, maybe I'll try to find a way.
you can most likely play SC2, the campaign seems good to me, though I only played the first part (which is also free), but blizzard's launcher is a bit shit, definetly better than most 3rd party launchers though just annoying
What a bummer. I was really excited for a base builder.
