PYONGYANG, September 16. /TASS/. North Korea has warned of the possibility of using nuclear weapons in accordance with the provisions of the law on policy regarding the state’s nuclear armed forces in response to the actions of the US and South Korea, the Korean Central News Agency reported, citing a Defense Ministry spokesperson.
The 2022 law provides for the use of nuclear weapons in the event of an attack on the country’s leadership and nuclear command and control system, as well as in the event of a threat to use nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction against North Korea.
So, as usual, the DPRK is maintaining deterrence by outlining their hard red lines.

It was a statement from Kim Yo-Jong, not Kim Jong-Un, and it was a reaffirmation of their hard lines. The world isn't ignoring the DPRK, the president of the US is trying to reach out for talks, same as the president of the ROK, while countries like Cuba, Russia, and China all have strong ties with the DPRK. This is nonsense.

"North Koreans" are not a people. Northern Koreans do not live in caves, not since the US empire committed genocide on the Korean people decades ago. Housing rates in the DPRK are extremely high, and city design is made to be easily transitable by citizens.
The KPA's nuclear arsenal is not to be made light of. The KPA is the fourth largest military in the world, with an estimated 80 nuclear warheads. They also do not kill people for stealing posters, a traveler was arrested for trespassing on military grounds and defacing a plaque, and during his imprisonment he contracted botulism, fell into a coma, was returned to the west, and an autopsy was refused so they could claim the DPRK killed him.
The DPRK affirms their hard lines whenever the US and ROK stage military invasion practice, as a means of deterrence. The fact that you have no clue what actually goes on in the world does not mean everyone shares your ignorance.
