I mean let's take a step back and just think about what it means to be a decent human being. When the person at the drive through corrected her, all she had to do was say, "I'm sorry miss". That's it. But she "insisted" she was transgender. She had absolutely no proof at all. First off from first look in this video I couldn't tell if she was born boy or girl. Human characteristics are pretty fluid. I've seen some really feminine dudes and really swoll chicks. How did she know whats between their legs?

This whole thing about whipping your phone out and recording a video is just a way for these cunts to act like cunts while forcing the person they are filming to be on their best behavior for the fear of losing their job. All companies and corporations should get a new policy where all disputes will be solved only when the people involved are not filming. Get a third party to witness the thing, call the cops, whatever you think is necessary, but shove that camera up your arse you old, miserable, twat.

She’s a ‘first amendment lawyer’ in the same sense she’s an anti-vax doctor. She did her own “research”.
Manager got it wrong. Correct response would have been: Get that camera out of my face, don’t record me or my staff, get out and don’t come back. You are banned.
The customer is always right bullshit is misunderstood.
It started as something along the lines of “Assume that the customer is right until it is plain beyond all question that he is not.”
It was also stylised as “the customer is always right in matters of taste.” Which meant the customer could choose to buy your goods and services, or your competitors, and, as it was his money he was spending, he was right.
The modern meaning is a bastardisation that opens employees to pettiness and abuse.
