I see you are using both Cursor and Claude. Two of the six contributors are chatbots.
And you want people to pay you for the privilege of letting this vibecoded garbage scan their inboxes.
I think I will pass.

This requires quite the leap of faith.
Not if you review and approve the code from git
Or if it works offline on an inbox dump, like pst files. It looks like it's accessing the obvious using IMAP right?
It running locally and having source code available are already great attributes.
I'm usually unhappy with the "just audit the code for yourself" argument, not just because doing that is limited to (experienced) programmers, but often because of the sheer size and (un)readability of the code. I didn't have a deep dive to give a proper review, just looked at a few files and the code is at least well written and readable, so "just audit this code" isn't completely out off question.
Thank you for sharing!
[I'm not saying that the expectation of every piece of software needs to be that every one can audit the code, I don't want to pressure you into thinking that's what users demand, OP. Especially of the alternative is often to trust closed source options from shady companies]
~~code~~ slop
Good point. I don't know typescript, but I could propably still understand most of it if I went through the whole repository..
there's a mass hysteria about ai code in this community and i think you've encountered it.
Is this even legal to not identify yourself while selling a product?
I go the other way: my mails live on the filesystem.
