How comes no one mentioned plague tale (both games) ? I don't know how good the English voice acting is, but in French it was really poignant.

Final Fantasy IX and X, Detroit: Become Human
Not quite the same thing, but the song Corridors of Time have gotten me misty eyed from the nostalgia alone.
The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit got me pretty darn close.
Braid definitely got me lumpy at the end.
My brother beat me at Pipemania, so I put my foot through a glass door panel.
Got close sending Floyd to his death in Planet Fall.
I cried when I wasn't able to play League of Legends anymore because of Vanguard.
Other than that, I think I cried a little with Life is Strange.
Gears of War 3 - Dom
As annoying as she was, Fi from Skyward Sword almost made me cry at the end of the game. Well, a couple of tears.
