I wonder what went on in the AMD employee's mind when they packed this.
I can understand putting a 9800X3D in a tray and that in an envelope with bubble wrap.
But after that they put it, not inside one cardboard box, but two and both boxes are hugely oversized for their contents.
The final box size is almost hilarious to house a single 9800X3D.

From SanDisk on the other side of the planet I once received a box of a similar size, shipped via UPS if I recall, this was nearly 20 years ago, containing a warranty replacement microSD card.
Support really wanted to make sure they never had to deal with you again
From memory, all I did was fill in a warranty replacement form on their website.
Did you select the "big box" option?
And remember the three R's everybody! Reduce, Reuse and Recycle to save the planet!
