Just one part of why I fired Microsoft from my life.

Didn't really expect them to do anything different, but at point someone's gonna have the "Are we the baddies?" realization right?

I assume that's how the former and current Microsoft employees wound up here. Management, on the other hand, is not selected for their self-awareness.

They broke into the president of Microsofts office. Do you think that they shouldn't be fired for doing that? You can't just do whatever you want in the name of "protest".

There's zero reason to give a shit about rules and norms that are being used as cover for aiding genocide.

What a depressing comment section this article has

Good for the fired employees. It sucks that they were fired, but by resisting, they escaped the wrong side of history. Symbolic gestures like this matter

Missing context: They broke into the President of Microsoft's office. Of course they were fired lol.

They weren't fired for participating in a protest, they were fired for breaking into the presidents office for their protest.

Not true. First two were fired for that, these two were fired for "other reasons". They were never inside the office.

<...> "in connection” with demonstrations that saw protesters set up encampments at Microsoft’s headquarters <...>
