Russia level dystopian. Yandex been doing that for ten years at the very least. Seems they copy their playbook hard.
Google search has dementia
Title is wrong. It's about the AI summary. There's one for Biden+dementia but none for Trump+dementia. The thing that sometimes summarizes the reverse of what is true. Could be any other technical reason too.
The whole point of AI summaries is to avoid answers with actual proof.
Trump dementia symptoms: An AI Overview is not available for this search
Biden dementia symptoms: nothing returned
Try:
Does trump have dementia?
Does Biden have dementia?
this is what I got:
President Donald Trump has not been officially diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or dementia by the White House Medical Unit.
His official medical reports, including the one released after his physical exam in April 2025, have stated that he is in "excellent health" and "fully fit" to serve as President, and that he scored a perfect 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
However, speculation and concern about his cognitive health and the possibility of dementia are widespread and have been raised by:
Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists: Several mental health professionals have publicly stated that his public behavior, rambling speeches, difficulty completing thoughts, verbal errors (phonemic paraphasia), and observed changes in his gait suggest signs of cognitive decline or "incipient dementia." Some have specifically suggested signs of Frontotemporal Dementia due to observed motor and speech issues. These comments are typically made without having personally examined the President, which is generally considered unethical ("armchair diagnosis") by professional organizations like the American Psychiatric Association (known as the Goldwater Rule).
Public Opinion: Polling shows that a growing number of Americans, particularly Democrats and Independents, believe that President Trump is suffering from a modest or significant cognitive decline.
Contrasting Information: Critics point to the non-release of detailed cognitive test results and the very simple nature of the MoCA test as reasons to doubt the official "excellent health" designation. His public appearances, especially recent controversial statements on health topics, have intensified the public debate.
In summary, there is a significant public and professional debate about his cognitive function, with some experts citing public evidence as possible signs of dementia, but there is no official medical diagnosis of Alzheimer's or dementia from his treating physicians.
AI mode is shit, though.
