As a former small business owner...the ERC didn't need to be paid back, unless it was obtained through fraud.
It sounds like he fucked up again.
Trump will certainly write this man a fat check for being his number one election denier through thick and (now) thin. It's probably in the mail. If Trump is anything, he is loyal to his people.
