🇧🇾💪🏻 Aleksandr Lukashenko met with the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Russia, Gennady Zyuganov.

Translation of the encounter:

Lukashenko: Welcome Gennady Andreievich to the territory of a country with a social welfare state! Of Socialist ideology!
Lukashenko: I think this is a position very close to you. For me, it is a position very close to me.
Lukashenko: Your ideas are not foreign to us. Even more, in contrast with other countries that formed the USSR.
Lukashenko: We work for your own ideas(to Zyuganov) and we obtain results based on those ideas.
Lukashenko: That's why we don't believe in the myths that say that the market will save us. That capitalism be the only system possible. That was a huge lie!
Lukashenko: It is simply necessary to work and to value the people.
Lukashenko: There will be a time that we will regret the destruction of the USSR
Zyuganov: I think that moment is already here.
Lukashenko: You are right! We are regretting it now. The people are feeling it. Before, lots of people were euphoric, thinking that the market, that capitalism will save them and nothing better than capitalism existed.
Zyuganov: In Europe and America, capitalism is in crisis.
Lukashenko: Exactly, people are now thinking the exact opposite(references to his earlier statement regarding capitalism).
Lukashenko: That's why we resist. But it gets difficult without you folks.
