Defs want to see medical professionals about this. I had similar symptoms once and it turned out to be all caused by gluten! Very hard to diagnose that one, had to do an elimination diet

The existence of gluten allergies is so very unfair. I hope you're feeling better now, the symptoms are just horrible
Another vote for seeing a doctor
Sounds like something you should talk to a doctor or therapist about. A little CBT or some antidepressants could be beneficial.

Nobody here can diagnose you, but what you've told us is more than enough to tell us you need to seek a professional opinion.
Find a psychiatrist who can see you ASAP about the anxiety, stress, panic attacks, etc
Find a physician who can see you ASAP about the migraines/headaches.
If either become worse or more frequent, seek immediate care at your local Urgent Care or ER.
Don't gamble with your safety please ❤️🩹
How long has this been going on? As many others have said, this sounds medical. Tbh I'd try to see an MD first, rather than therapy. They might refer you of course. Have you checked your temperature, blood pressure, hydration and all that kind of stuff? Anyway I have no clue and am just mentioning obvious things. If you had a viral illness recently (flu, covid) that can leave lingering symptoms too.
Assuming you've seen your PCP and had those headaches checked out
Anxiety is usually very treatable. Look for an LCSW, LPC, or PhD psychologist who specializes in anxiety disorders. It can be good to speak with a therapist first before going straight to an MD psychiatrist, but it's your call. Meds can be useful to get the worst symptoms under control while you engage in therapy, but meds alone aren't a good long-term strategy to manage anxiety.
The headaches? No idea. Never had paranoia either.
But I just managed to get treatment for a crippling anxiety disorder, I spent 6 months pacing or crying into the corner
Your description sounds a lot like how I was before my family realized how bad on a way I was. It sounds like major anxiety disorder plus plus
It could also be a brain tumor or something else to. And it can't wait too long
You need to get help, get your people, tell them you're not ok, and let them help you. Call all of em. Scream it out that you ain't ok
I am in distress. There's nothing undignified about it. Let those who care about you pick up the call. Let strangers pick up the call
Keep screaming. I am not ok! I require assistance!
All else fails, go to the ER, they have to help you. But do the rest first, everyone has some kind of people. In a way I'm of your people, so I answered, best I can, how to call it out better
Ok I know you are trying to help at all and chronic headaches can occasionally point to something bad about this.
But there is a funny sort of humor that comes from telling an incredibly anxious person that they might have a brain tumor lol.
I really mean no disrespect!
You think it hasn't crossed their mind already? The urgency is the point. They need to tell others they are in distress
You can't just be left in that state, it gets worse and worse. And if it's a brain tumor, which could cause many of those symptoms, speed is survival.
I get what you're saying, but sometimes "it could be a brain tumor" is the brain worm that makes you push through when your family initially dismisses your symptoms
probably. take care of it sooner than later in order to avoid having a stroke in 20 years
It sounds like it could be a lot of things. You need to see a doctor to figure it out. That said, anxiety is the destroyer of worlds.
I've had migraines and anxiety, but not often at the same time. From personal experience, they aren't usually related. I have had a panic attack that felt exactly like a heart attack though, so I know that anxiety can cause many physical side effects.
I'd recommend getting medical advice even if it's just for the headaches. There may be anxiety involved, but I don't think it's just anxiety.
If it is just anxiety, then you'll be able to relax more easily knowing that there is nothing physical to worry about.
