Reminds me of that interview with Nirvana when they found out that Madonna was charging 50 bucks for a ticket to her concert and Kurt Cobain was visibly stunned, not understanding at all why someone would pay 50 bucks for a concert when he was charging $5-10 and he thought that was too much

In 2019 I got to see Weird Al for $20. (Got the tickets in an annual $20 flash sale for a bunch of shows every spring.)

I was excited to check out his tour last summer, but the least expensive ticket was $125.

I imagine that wasn't fully his call, but I'll stay home and do something else when I'm certain I'm being price-gouged for anything entertainment-related.
