It's more like they know their regime and Iranian economy is so weakened that they can't do anything else but play ball.

The worst part is if they figure out how to game Trump's ego, that they'll still remain in power - no matter how many civilians they kill.

Western media will cover it as "curbing terrorism and insurgency", while the Ayatollah fits new representatives that conform to US optics.

I bet they'll even put a few Zionist sympathizers in for good measure.

Every Iranian leader since before I existed is a representative that presents whatever narrative the USA wants advanced.
