i agree, though - i encourage you or anyone who knows a better service to tell them about it, so they hopefully switch to that instead! since tone isn’t always obvious online: not being passive-aggressive, i’m being genuine! and if they’re also genuine, i’m sure they’d appreciate the recommendation
