Currently, most of the 30 sec+ ads let you skip them after 5 seconds or so. Seems like that is going away. I dont think they are injecting ads directly into videos yet, so ad block should still work

For the ppl who didn't read it properly: Its an unskippable ad feature, like we have in cable tv, but ONLY for TV audience. Don't think it is going to be implemented on browser based sessions.
